"How do I... manage my stress, feel more in control of my life, think clearly, problem-solve, and live a more fulfilling life?"

These are questions many people ask when they are going through tough times. The wish is for a solution- but that doesn’t seem to happen.

Is there anything that might help- even a little bit?

Hi! My name is Cheryl Camarillo, LCSW and I have been working in the counseling field for 24+ years. I have seen people work hard for change. Some are highly successful at resolving issues and others reduce the severity of the issues.

I have many specialized trainings that I have pursued in trying to get the best treatment options for my clients. Specialty areas include trauma, sex related issues, sexual addiction, anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive conditions, and adoption issues. I work with adults, teens, and children as young as 4 and conduct Individual, couple, family, and group therapies.

The tools of my trade include: Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), neurofeedback, sex therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mind Body Stress Reduction (MBSR).
